Descriptions

The QHY5L-II-M is an ultra-small, monochrome CMOS Planetary/Guider camera with a staggering 74% Quantum Efficiency. It has an 1.25-inch eyepiece-style confocal design, making it ideal for off-axis guiding. The 5L-II-M has 3.75 micron pixels, which is advantageous for high-resolution planetary image capture.  Additionally, it is capable of a 30 to 200 FPS frame rate, allowing the 5L-II-M can effectively reduce atmospheric distortion, making it a great planetary imager. Also, with the latest CMOS technology, it has very high sensitivity and uniform noise performance, providing a CCD like quality. The camera has no vertical or horizonal banding and contains no Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN).
