MIDI Filter Wheel

The new MIDI filter wheel is the latest in a successful line of USB filter wheels designed to be powered and controlled through one USB cable. The built-in Off Axis Guider is perfect for use with the Lodestar X2 or Ultrastar guide camera . (Can be used with other brands of autoguider)

A key feature of the MIDI filter wheel is that when it used in conjunction with a Starlight Xpress imaging camera, the total back focus is 55mm, which is the perfect back focus for many refractors with focal reducers/flatteners. Other makes of cameras can also be fitted to the filter wheel via the male T-thread input adapter. On the telescope side, a female T-thread is fitted as standard with a M48 female adapter supplied in the package.
