If you have a problem with your equipment, but you didn't purchase it originally from Cloud Break Optics, we have service options available:
Gear Purchased with Other Retailers:
We can provide the same equipment support to our customers who purchased equipment from other vendors, for a nominal fee. We offer support services for items with a retail cost is below $1000 at an hourly rate of $100. For items with a retail cost greater than $1000, for a nominal fee of 10% of the equipment cost, we will adopt your system as one of our own and support you in your observing and imaging experience. Note, if we have previously helped you with the item in question via phone or email, but you chose to not order through us, our adopt-a-scope fee increases to $200/hour or 40%, respectively.
