Stay-At-Home Order
On Monday, March 23, Governor Inslee issued a mandatory stay-at-home order for non-essential businesses in the State of Washington. This order goes into effect at the close of business on Wednesday, March 25. As such, operations at Cloud Break Optics will temporarily change.
Cloud Break Optics showroom will remain temporarily closed. In addition, in compliance with the stay-at-home order, we will be shipping on a more limited basis. We will ship products out one to two times per week and we are still delivering drop-ships when available from the manufacturer. This ensures the safety of our customers and employees, alike.
The last day to have anything shipped from our store will be Wednesday, March 25. Please place your order by 3pm Pacific Time for in stock items for them to be shipped out before this temporarily suspension of operations. We will continue to support drop-shipping whenever possible from manufacturers still delivering. In addition, we plan to continue offering our classes online, as well as gift cards and other merchandise deliverable via the internet.
Fortunately the stars are not closed. During this time of social distancing, amateur astronomy is a wonderful way to spend one's time. Delve deep into the understanding of the gear. Learn a new aspect of imaging. Make and complete an observing challenge. And, if you are looking for new gear or advice on achieving these goals, give us a call. Our phone lines and email will remain operational as we work from home.
We appreciate our customers' continued business with us and look forward to seeing you all back in the shop soon. Until then, stay safe and stay well. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this pandemic.
