First off, we want to thank all our customers for their business, especially during these unusual and uncertain times. We truly appreciate the support!
We will be closed for our summer break from August 3rd - August 7th. During this time, we will not be answering our phones and email support will be delayed. Similarly, our online support sessions will not be available to be scheduled.
HOWEVER, during this time, we will still be fulfilling orders for curbside pickup and shipping. Any orders for items that are in stock will be shipped out or made available for curbside pickup. Orders that are made for out of stock items will be ordered with the manufacturer on a timely basis where necessary.
We will return to normal operations on Monday, August 10, and we will resume answering phones and responding to email inquiries, as well as service requests. Thank you for your understanding while we are out of the office and we look forward to continuing to work with all of you this summer!
