Description

Designed to be used with: Dedicated CCD Field Flatteners (175FF, 160FF and 13035FF) and Telecompressor Correctors (175TCC, 160TCC, 155TCC and QuadTCC).

This DSLR camera adapter for Nikon cameras has an enlarged inside diameter forward of the Nikon bayonet which helps to reduce vignetting, especially when used with fast scopes (steep light cones) and full frame sensors. The limitation is only the camera body’s opening.

The adapter body is precision-machined aluminum and is anodized black. The bayonet is machined stainless steel, and both the body and the bayonet are baffled and painted flat black on the inside.

The ADATCCNIK will place the camera's sensor at the perfect 80.8 mm distance from the mating surface of CCD Field Flatteners and Telecompressor Correctors.

The inside of the adapter has been threaded to accept standard 2" filter cells with 48 mm threads.

Warning: Be very careful if using filters with any of the TCC Telecompressor-Correctors, as they have very limited clearance to the back optical element. DO NOT stack multiple filters when using the Telecompressor Correctors!

This adapter has a net spacing distance of 1.35" (34.3 mm).
